Osher Kasa was born in Israel in 1994.
She grew up in Kiryat Arba, near Hebron, with her mother, Liora, and her younger brother, Nave.

Kasa is a first-generation Israeli, born to parents who immigrated from Ethiopia in 1981. After finishing high school, she spontaneously bought her first camera, a Canon 600D.
